Judes B2R journey - so far!

I joined B2R in 2019 aged 65. I joined having had 2 seizures, told I was epileptic, and couldn't drive for a year!!! Everyone around me was fab but I felt a bit lost as a person, so took the plunge and joined B2R.I completed the 10 week course and became "a runner".

So I've now been with club for 6 years. I 'jeff' (walk/run) all the time as it is totally my comfort zone and enables me to 'enjoy' my running and I always keep up with all the other steady runners. I do 2 club sessions a week and one run every Friday with a group of friends I have made through B2R - and who are friends you would consider yourself incredibly lucky to make ❤️💚

I now run 5-6k each club run and 5-10k each Friday. I have jeffed several official 10ks, including the London Winter Run three times and had very pleasing results each time.

Not sure where I'd be without club and the friends I've made, certainly not in such a good place as I am. So don't have doubts just join and make it yours 👍💚
