Who is it for?

What happens at sessions?
Warm-up, leader-led intervals, technique tips, and cool-down at your pace.
What should I bring?
Running trainers, weather-appropriate kit, hi-vis vest, and a water bottle.

How often should I attend?
Recommended: two club sessions + one homework run weekly. Only one club session? We’ll keep you on track.
