FAQs

How much is it?

Buy the course £69.99 - get your journey underway - no commitment, no obligation to join at the end of course (but we hope you will)!
FREE Introductory Session book within the first 3 weeks of the course. After that, choose what fits to continue: go PAYG at just £6.50 per session, or pick £21.99/month for unlimited membership (1 month rolling contract - no long-term commitment) Beginners course included.

Am I too old / overweight / unfit?

No. People just like you start with us every month. We begin with a gentle walk-run plan, you progress at your pace, and our team + community support you all the way.

What should I expect from my first B2R session?

Try to arrive about 10 minutes before the start time, so you can meet the Club Manager, Members and fellow Beginners. After a group warm up, we start week one with 1min runs and 1.30min walks, all at your own pace in a safe, secure environment. We will then cool down together. You'll train with the same format each session for several sessions while you build up your fitness and confidence.

What should I bring?

You don't need to rush out and buy any special running shoes or clothes. We recommend comfortable clothes, trainers suitable for exercise, a top to wear before/after the session, and a bottle of water.

Will I get left behind?

At B2R we have a saying 'Start as a Team, Finish as a team'. Our Team Leaders are trained to keep the group together at all times. You will never run alone or get left behind. Everyone is rooting for each other, and we always start and finish together.

How often should I attend?

Our course is based on 3 sessions a week. Aim to attend club sessions twice weekly with 1 homework session. If you can only attend once, speak to your Club Manager—we’ll help keep you on track!

What if I have missed the 1st session?

Although it’s best to join from week 1, you can still join us up to week 3 of the course.

What happens after the course finishes?

We hope you’ll continue with us to keep improving and reach your next goal. After completing the course, you can move into our regular member sessions. If you bought the course upfront, you’ll need to choose a membership to continue. All Access or PAYG members just carry on as normal!
