I have been a member since 2018 when I saw an ad on Facebook and thought I’d give it a try as I wanted exercise that I could do with the dogs in tow at the weekend. Everyone was so friendly, and I found I could run AND I enjoy it! Also, the lure of a few socials after runs helped!

One of my personal highlights has been running the Gatwick Half Marathon with planes flying over our heads.

We all have good days and bad, the days you don’t feel like running are often the days you have the best runs, the hardest step is the one out the front door!
