I have been a member since 2018. I was a bit chunky and needed some cardio to shift it. I saw some friends who had lost loads of weight, so I thought I’d just see what happens. I was better at it than I thought, and it gave me a huge confidence boost achieving something I didn’t think I could. Also, it keeps the chunks off mostly.

I’ve gone from skipping PE throughout school to running a half marathon within 9 months of running.

Always remember where you were on the first day and look at how much you’ve achieved when you feel like it’s a struggle.
