FAQs
Do I need to be fit already?
No — absolute beginners welcome. We start with short walk–run intervals and build gradually.
Am I too old or overweight to join?
Absolutely not. Our groups include people of all ages, shapes and sizes. Many join nervous — but with our supportive team, everyone progresses at their own pace.
What if I can’t attend three sessions a week?
You can still take part if you can only make one club session a week — just complete your homework run twice. Two sessions deliver good results; three deliver the best.
What if the trial isn’t for me?
No problem. The free intro is completely risk-free — if it’s not right, there’s no obligation and no pressure.
