LAURA
I have been a member since 2016. I joined because I wanted to continue my passion for getting beginners to run, after having a break due to having my son. I stayed because There’s more passion and banter in our clubs than I’ve ever come across!
My favourite personal running moment was on one year’s beginners’ graduation run, having 2 ladies crying with pride as they hit their 5k. Just confirms why I love doing what I do.
Best advice received to pass on… don’t worry what everyone else around you is doing, run your own pace and be proud of each achievement
