I have been a member since 2013 when I decided to join to be healthier. I have made lifelong friends along the way and discovered this gigantic love for running.( Some say I am addicted to it. Just can't stop)

I have a few favourite running highlights. My first ever Marathon and ultra-marathon finish and recently being the first lady on our very own Woodland 10k Run.

We are lucky we get to run, remember that, put bad runs aside and keep on running.
