Restart Your Journey with Team Green!

Returning after a break or injury? Join our friendly Team Green Back to Running Course — a warm, welcoming group with no pressure and friendly coaches who’ve got your back.

Perfect if you can already run at least 1K/10 minutes non-stop and want help building back to 5K consistently.

What you get:

  • 5 weeks focused training: 2 fun club sessions + 1 easy homework run per week

  • Walk/Run progression to rebuild fitness, technique, and confidence

  • Smiles, encouragement, and group energy every session, every step

  • All sessions are team-led — no one gets left behind!

  • Full course = 7 weeks membership (5 weeks training + 2 bonus weeks to keep going)

  • Buy the course £39.99 - get your journey underway - no commitment, no obligation to join at the end of course (but we hope you will)!
    FREE Introductory Session book within the first 2 weeks of the course. After that, choose what fits to continue: go PAYG at just £6.50 per session, or pick £21.99/month for unlimited membership (1 month rolling contract - no long-term commitment) Beginners course included.

  • No. This course is for those who can already run 1k non-stop. We build from there with a gentle plan, you progress at your pace, and our team + community support you all the way.

  • Try to arrive about 10 minutes before the start time, so you can meet the Club Manager, Members and fellow Beginners. After a group warm up, we start with runs and walks, all at your own pace in a safe, secure environment. We will then cool down together. You'll train with the same format each session while you build up your fitness and confidence.

  • You don't need to rush out and buy any special running shoes or clothes. We recommend comfortable clothes, trainers suitable for exercise, a top to wear before/after the session, and a bottle of water.

  • At B2R we have a saying 'Start as a Team, Finish as a team'. Our Team Leaders are trained to keep the group together at all times. You will never run alone or get left behind. Everyone is rooting for each other, and we always start and finish together.

  • Our course is based on 3 sessions a week. Aim to attend club sessions twice weekly with 1 homework session. If you can only attend once, speak to your Club Manager—we’ll help keep you on track!

  • Although it’s best to join from week 1, you can still join us up to week 3 of the course.

  • We hope you’ll continue with us to keep improving and reach your next goal. After completing the course, you can move into our regular member sessions. If you bought the course upfront, you’ll need to choose a membership to continue. All Access or PAYG members just carry on as normal!

  • We’re happy to help you choose the right option and find your perfect club.
