The summer (finally and touching wood to hopefully not jinx it!) seems to be here and we are loving being able to get out and enjoy running in the sunshine.
Recently, some of our clubs have got together on a club night to offer something a little different for our members.
B2R Borough Green and B2R Tonbridge met on a Thursday evening in Shipbourne for a joint trail run around the local area.
There were plenty of new trails to explore, with lots of chat and laughter as we got to know each other. Afterwards, we headed to the local pub for a well earned drink and are already planning our next joint outing!
B2R Sheppey hosted B2R Sittingbourne and B2R Walderslade for a beach run along the seafront, followed by an Ice cream!
Over 80 members and Team Leaders turned up for a great evening with an out and back along the seafront which allowed everyone to run at their own pace.
It was a great evening with people chatting, running, encouraging people they never met before and others they had.
And to end the evening right with a treat, we had booked Rossi Ice Cream van to come along as the runners finished!
