-
Get our course worth £74.99 FREE! - Register for a Funded place and get your journey underway - no obligation to become a club member at the end of course (but we hope you will)!
After that, choose what fits to continue: go PAYG at just £6.50 per session, or pick from one of our All Access Memberships starting from just £22.99 per month. -
No. People just like you start with us every month. We begin with a gentle walk-run plan, you progress at your pace, and our team + community support you all the way.
If you have a known medical condition that you are concerned about, then we would always advise seeking advise from a medical professional before starting any new exercise routine.
-
Try to arrive about 10 minutes before the start time, so you can meet the Club Manager, Members and fellow Beginners. After a group warm up, we start week one with 1min runs and 1.30min walks, all at your own pace in a safe, secure environment. We will then cool down together. You'll train with the same format each session for several sessions while you build up your fitness and confidence.
-
You don't need to rush out and buy any special running shoes or clothes. We recommend comfortable clothes, trainers suitable for exercise, a top to wear before/after the session, and a bottle of water.
-
At B2R we have a saying 'Start as a Team, Finish as a team'. Our Team Leaders are trained to keep the group together at all times. You will never run alone or get left behind. Everyone is rooting for each other, and we always start and finish together.
-
Our course is based on 3 sessions a week. Aim to attend club sessions twice weekly with 1 homework session. If you can only attend once, speak to your Club Manager—we’ll help keep you on track!
-
Although it’s best to join from week 1, you can still join us up to week 3 of the course.
-
We hope you’ll continue with us to keep improving and reach your next goal. After completing the course, to move into our regular member sessions, you’ll need to choose a club membership that suit you. You can find all of our membership options on the memberships page of the website.
-
Many running groups are run entirely by volunteers, which is fantastic for the running community. Our membership fees help us employ local Club Managers, support our volunteer Team Leaders, provide reliable and consistent sessions, and fund initiatives such as beginner programmes. Membership is about more than a weekly run—it's an investment in the wider B2R community and helping more people become active, healthy and connected.

We’re happy to help you choose the right option and find your perfect club.
